Commission Terms & Conditions

  • All rights reserved.
  • I am unable to entertain the following requests:
    • Female/feminine characters
    • Violence/Gore
    • Purely environmental art
    • Mecha art
    • Illegal/offensive material
  • I reserve the right to decline a commission request if I deem it inappropriate or am unable to fulfill it.
  • Commissions are worked on a first-come-first-serve basis unless prioritized.
  • Sketches will be sent to update on my progress.
  • You are allowed 2 free revisions. Subsequent revisions will be charged at $10/each.
    • Minor adjustments (ex: making the eyes bigger, choosing a different shade of color) are NOT considered revisions
    • Slight alterations (ex: adding on watch/accessories, different hairstyles) are considered revisions. When in doubt, please clarify with me.
  • Time taken to complete commissions will vary depending on workload
    • You can expect an average of 5 to 14 days and a maximum of 2 months
  • I require FULL payment before I start working on your request.
  • Refunds can only be requested during sketching. I am unable to provide refunds once I start outlining the art. Please let me know if you change your mind in advance.
  • Upon completion you will receive your commission as high resolution PNG file(s), as well as other variants at my discretion.
  • If payment is not made within 3 days of email confirmation, your request will be canceled.
  • Promotions and discounts are only valid if requirements/criteria are met.
  • You are not allowed to use the commissioned work for commercial/monetary purposes (ex: NFTs etc.) unless agreed upon, at an additional cost/charge.
  • You are not allowed to edit/remove any watermark, even for personal use.
  • You are not allowed to use my artwork to train AI models or associate with AI.
  • By commissioning me, you agree to the aforementioned terms and conditions and allow me to use your commissioned work for my portfolio/social media etc.
  • Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in you getting banned from requesting for future commissions.
